Together we are going to do a meditation and healing session. I am currently in Bali, and I wanted to take a moment to channel this beautiful healing energy that I am picking up strongly here in Ullawattu Bali. Whether you listen to this meditation live or in 5 years' time – you will still be able to access this beautiful energy that is radiating from the sacred healing ley line beneath the earth under me right now.
Lay lines are powerful energy lines that run across the earth, connecting many of the world's most sacred healing landmarks such as Uluru in Australia, Stonehenge, Maui, The Himalayan mountains, the pyramids and of course here in Bali. Where two or more lines pass each other, it creates a powerful energetic vortex and is said to be a sacred and healing place. Many describe some of these places or energetic vortexes as the earth’s chakras.
What is also fascinating is that where these lines meet that they also align perfectly with the astrological constellations!
Many of us are drawn to these sacred places and energetic vortexes like a magnet. When we arrive at these destinations, we often feel that there is an invisible force gently drawing us in. It’s like we intuitively know that there is something there we must find – and often it is a deeper layer of ourselves. This energy can bring out the light side of us such as joy and lightness or often it will highlight anything that is energetically out of alignment within ourselves – bringing it to the surface to be processed and healed. These beautiful sacred sites across our planet will magnify within us where change needs to occur within us to allow true healing to take place.
Get yourself in a comfortable seated or laying down position. Close your eyes and allow your body to completely melt into the ground below you. Invite yourself to sink into deep relaxation.
