Welcome beautiful soul to tonight’s sleep meditation. Tonight, we are going to create some sacred space around your energetic field which will then allow the energy of your mind, body and soul to deeply nourish and renew – clearing out all low vibrational energies over the next 8 hours while you sleep.
Have you ever felt energetically drained for no reason? At times low vibrational people, places and circumstances can leave us feeling mentally, physically, or emotionally drained. We may wake up feeling positive and energetic and then for no reason throughout the day we may suddenly feel energetically sapped or have a random and intense emotion arise from within with no explanation whatsoever. This especially relates to those of you who may identify with being an empath.
Thoughts, words, actions, people, places – everything is energy – and because we live in a highly dense energetic world it can be easy as an empath to be energetically hijacked and have low vibrational energies that don’t belong to us attach to us. And even worse, if we find ourselves in situations of conflict with others or the at centre of other people’s judgements, jealousy and gossip this can deeply impact our energy from even thousands of miles away. The same is true if we have a close bond with a friend, family member or partner – we can often pick up their energies – including the negative ones like stress, sadness, and loneliness.
To be radiantly whole – we must feed our minds and bodies daily with nourishing food, water, movement, thoughts and sleep. The same is true for our energetic bodies. In order to be radiant and whole we must regularly check in on our chakras and have small daily energetic cleanses in order for our minds, bodies and souls to be whole and aligned.
For me personally, this protective energetic meditation is a practice I try and do 2-3 nights a week - I find it cleanses negativity out of the entire mind and body - washing away toxic thoughts, emotions, beliefs and even disease. It is also an opportunity to take some time to fill your entire being with light and nourishment which invites more wellness, balance and resilience to the mind and body.
So to begin make sure your sleep space feels safe and nurturing. You may like to spend a few moments cleaning and decluttering your bedroom. Ensure the temperature of your room feels comfortable and make your bed cosy and comfortable with clean linen, comfortable pillows and so forth.
I recommend having a warm Epsom salt bath or hot shower beforehand. It is also nice to do 10 minutes of gentle stretches before jumping into bed. To uplevel the energetic cleansing light an incense or burn an essential oil to help purify the air.

Once you are in bed, cosy down under your bed linen and get yourself into a comfortable position. Hit play and drift off to a blissful night's sleep.
